Nosferatu Night - Pages Bar - 14th August 2004
Nosferatu Night - a long-standing event organised and run by Sector 14 in London.
Place : Pages Bar, Page Street, Westminster, London (Off Vauxhall Bridge Rd, nearest tube stns: Pimlico/Victoria/Westminster)
Time : 5pm - 11pm
Cost : £ 3.00 a ticket, available on the door (unless otherwise specified)
Date : Saturday 14th August
Nosferatu Nights consist of a few chosen new episodes screened around the bar with a raffle each month with some great prizes on offer. Announcements for other Sector 14 events can usually be heard here first too.
When all the videos have been shown the DJ takes over and 'Party Time' begins. General mayhem (some call it dancing!) ensues, until closing time.
For anyone hoping to make your first Nos night, if you need any extra information then post below and any of the usual Nos goers are sure to be able to help.

Not me this time - will be in Basildon celebrating James and Kate's wedding. First time i've missed Nos back to back ! Oh well, gives someone else a chance to win the raffle i guess !

Stuart has posted on the Sector 14 mailing list stating that this will be the last ever Nos as Pages Bar is closing down.

wow crap me too! Seems a shame, I know i've not been to one in ages but i'll miss Nos nights even thoguh they have totally died.

That's a shame, would have been nice to know a little in advance as I've not really made the effort to go for ages thinking that it'd always be something going on.
I haven't seen the post, but I guess if interest ever picks up that there's always the chance of Nos finding a new venue - it might even have an effect of kick starting interest if it's somewhere new.
It's just a pity it's the wrong weekend for some many people

It is a shame that Nos has ended this way in a slow death. It hasn't been anything like it once was for a couple of years. Hence why I haven't been in a long time.
Let this Nos be the last one and draw a line under it.
If there is to be another cult night run by Sector 14, let it be a general cult night, showing eps of various shows such as Alias, Tru Calling, DLM and Smallville and give it a new name.
Nosferatu is dead. It's time to move on.

Posted: 13:51 Aug 14 2004 I know what you mean. If there had been a little more notice I might have actually been able to make it down there. As it is I believe a lot of people have other things on this weekend.
It's a shame for the event to go out on a low note.

Well tonight was really cool! I hugged and danced with lots of people who I've seen at Nos's before but not really spoken to. The raffle seemed to go on forever and I won the last ever prize! (though we still need to abduct the blonde girl who had volume 1.... )
