Is Yvonne in trouble...?
On the North West news last night it was reported that thiefs stole £75,000 worth of creme eggs from a lorry.

National creme egg shortage next year I guess! 
The short supply will mean we'll start seeing counterfeit eggs being sold for exhorbitant prices on the black market, while people spend all their time in the kitchen producing home-made ones; the success of the home-made ones will mean that Cadbury's will give up making the genuine ones, so there will never be any creme eggs ever again!

Its so unfair. Here I am rationing myself and defrosting frozen CEs when some so-and-so goes and robs loads (Incidentally I only have about 20-30 left from the 198 Milky gave me in August and the 60+ from various generous people through the year *waves at MKF, Niblet, etc* I even had people I'd never met before giving me CEs and chocolate at FSM gigs
On a genuinely disappointed note, if they were planning on the CE Auctions again this year this will probably stop them. £75,000 worth of eggs is a hell of a lot of wrappers

This reminded me of the Sunday "family drama" on BBC1 called Bootleg that I've been watching - it's actually really good! It's all about a fascistic political party (The Good For You party, complete with Nazi-ish salute!) which bans chocolate because it's bad for you! Our two teenage heroes began to produce their own bootleg choc in the last episode, but got rumbled. The last episode is on this Sunday. Anyone else watching this? I recommend it!
