Yes you read that right 2004, here's all the details from the yahoo group
STARFURY Conventions, in association with Special Signings, is delighted to announce: CHRISTOPHER LEE: A CELEBRATION IN FILM.
This will be a two day festival taking place on 13-14 November at the Radission Edwardian Hotel, Heathrow celebrating the career of one of Britains greatest screen actors, Christopher Lee, CBE.
Each day will consist of a screening of one of Mr Lee's films in the morning, followed by a one hour guest talk by Mr Lee, an autograph session, and a screening of another film. A total of 4 of Mr Lee's films will be shown over the weekend.
There will alo be a disco on the Saturday night, a dealers room and additional guests associated with Mr Lee's career who will also be giving guest talks and signing autographs.
This will be the first event were Mr Lee has agreed to sign
autographs from any of his film work (the only exception is he will not sign any Dracula memorabilia).
Mr Lee has agreed to sign items from LORD OF THE RINGS, STAR WARS, THE WICKER MAN, HAMMER HORROR, JAMES BOND etc.
A one day ticket is priced at £30, while a two day ticket is £45. There is a £2 credit card booking fee per ticket.
Mr Lee will be signing 400 autographs in person each day. There is a charge of £30 per autograph.
Mr Lee will not be taking part in a photo session; however we will have a photographer in the autograph session who will take pictures of each attendee with Mr Lee as they get their autograph. Once developed, attendees will be able to purchase these pictures at a small nominal sum TBD.
