STARFURY: NECRONOMICON will be taking place from 25-27 March 2005 at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, Heathrow.

We are delighted to announce that the first confirmed guest is Bruce Campbell, star of EVIL DEAD, BUBBA HO-TEP, MANIAC COP, XENA, BRISCO COUNTY Jnr and countless other genre shows.

Bruce has previously only made one other convention appearance in Europe, at STARFURY: CHARIOTS OF WAR way back in 1999. He's one of the most requested guests for an appearance at a STARFURY event, so we're truly delighted to welcome him back.

STARFURY: NECRONOMICON will be taking place at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel from 25-27 March 2005.

We are delighted to announce Bruce Campbell as our headline guest making a very, very rare European appearance (his only ever other European convention appearance was 5 years ago at STARFURY: CHARIOTS OF WAR part 1).

Bruce will only be signing for 2 hours on the Saturday and Sunday; to ensure that all receive an autograph we will be limiting tickets.

Tickets will be priced at £65, and £30 for those aged 14 and under, with those aged 7 and under free (children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult).

We are also doing a very limited Groovy Ticket which will cost £100. This will give access to the Friday evening Meet & Greet reception to be attended by the guests; seating in the first 6 rows; priority in registration, photos and autographs.

Those whishing to stay in the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, room prices are: £60.00 per night for a Single Room. £86 per night for a Twin / Double. £123 per night for a triple.

Bruce had a great time at CHARIOTS OF WAR many years ago, and we've both been trying to make it work for a return appearance for many years now. Bruce is extremelly excited that it's all worked out and to be returning to meet his UK fans.

Hugely popular STARFURY regular, Neil Roberts, is planning on joining us at STARFURY: NECRONOMICON on 25-27 March 2005 at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, Heathrow.

Neil is best known for having appeared on CHARMED.

He's always been a great guest at past STARFURY events (he's even a Jedi Chef!) so we're delighted to welcome him back.

We are now delighted to announce that Jane Badler, who portrayed the seductively evil Diana in V, will be making her first European convention appearance at this event.

Another guest that we're delighted to welcome along is Ken Johnson, one of American TV's top writer/ director / producers whose work includes JAG, THE INCREDIBLE HULK and much more. But he's best known as the creator of the TV shows V and ALIEN NATION.

There does seem to be a lack of booking information on the Starfury site for recent conventions. It's a shame the old format of having a webpage of ticket instructions isn't available anymore as many more new people seem to be stumped for info (as well as previous attendees) - nothing like having something written down at a click of a button in black and white

The Radisson have agreed to do a special reduced room rate for attendees whishing to stay in the hotel.

The room rates are as follows:-

£60.00 per night for a single room.

£86 per night for a Twin /Double room.

£123 per night for a Triple room.

Sadly, due to circumstances beyond my control, I am forced to cancel
the convention NECRONOMICON.

My appologies to all those dissapointed by this events cancelation, but hopefully by cancelling 7 weeks in advance nobody will be to greatly inconvenienced.

I have spoken with Bruce's management about rescheduling to a later date and will keep you all updated.

Those of you who have purchased tickets will be refunded immediately. If you have not seen a full refund by 26th February then please contact me.

I have also decided that due to venue unavalability and guest schedule conflicts to drop GOLGOTHA. As tickets had not yet gone on sale for this event nobody should be affected. Scottish fans who are missing out on a STARFURY event never fear, as I'm looking at doing something in November.

Oh kinda surprised, I was still toying with the figures on that, it's a huge shame

However, it does mean I can stop wishing I can afford it. Hopefully when everything gets rescheduled it'll be within reach.

Now I must figure out what I'm definitely doing that weekend.

Oh man, that sucks!!

Only good side is that I could really do with the extra money 2 tickets worth would bring me.

But, hey, the money was already gone. I wanted my Bruce Campbell/Marc Singer goodness

I'm more gutted about the cancellation of Golgotha as I have my boss' hen weekend the weekend of Quortoth.
