xXx *Possible Spoilers*
Basically a Bond movie with Rammstein but pretty cool all the same.

Dont get me wrong I like Vin but personally I didnt think it was very good it was just trying to be a cooler version of bond.
And it succeeded. It had the big action, the fast cars, the faster women and a great star in Vin Diesel.

Better than Bond any day of the week.
It also doesn't take itself too seriously, which is a *huge* plus in my eyes. It has enough sense to poke fun at itself when it's appropriate as opposed to Bond which while it can do the same sometimes more often than not in comparison takes itself way too seriously.
I saw xXx on Sunday, and I think I can safely say that it was far and away the funniest film I've seen all year.
Graham won't take me to see it coz he says it looks cheesy and he's not paying for me to have a perv over Vin
I shall be taking Fred to see it instead

I'm still washing drool out of my coat!
Personally I loved it, though I'm pushed to remember a real story, or anything specific at all. I was pretty much operating on a "Vin's real purty" level throughout
Though I *do* remember telling the women on the screen to get their "d**ned wh***ish hands off my f***ing man!" and mock-crying a bit while muttering "Its only 'cos he hasn't met me yet."

I dont think you could give any spoilers away. man. lots of explosions. some cool stunts. some villian who speak the very bad english. woman. oh look what a surprise they're getting it on.
I went to see this again last weekend (it was my sister's 3rd time in a week! ). It's not as good without a loud sound system!
Loved it!!!!! Seen it twice!!!!
However I may be slightly biased due to fancying Vin Diesel, something chronic.
"The things I'm gonna do for my country"
God, who wouldn't have wanted to have been that woman!!!!
On a lighter note however my boyfriend saw it and loved it for the action, but thought it got a little ridiculous when they souped up that car.

Actually, I thought it was quite impressive; the way she managed to have less personality than a Bond girl. Pretty much any Bond girl, ever, except perhaps the random chick in the mini-sub at the beginning of View to a Kill, but I usually try to forget that film existed.
I think it got a little ridiculous when they rolled the opening reel. In fact, I think it started to get silly during the San Marco advert, and went downhill from there. Laugh? I nearly died.

This did not seem to endear me and my dearest buds to the rest of the audience, as they seemed to be taking it deadly seriously.
Weird.
Yes, Ford GTO, top car!!!!
I know the film was somewhat ridiculous in most aspects, but I still enjoyed it, and one less in the queue for Vin isn't a problem.

hmmmmmm I thought it was a Pontiac GTO. I originally thought he said a Plymouth GTX like Angel's but nope.
Hmmmm.. On reflection (and much searching of the internet!) it appears that you are right it is a Pontiac GTO.
I must say, I've just been on a yahoo discussion site and the language used there and the insults raised in relation to this topic were unbelievable! I shan't stray again.

Well I have a bit of a thing for old muscle cars, and in truth 90% of them look pretty much the same. there are little key features that tell them apart from each other and the various versions of the same models produced over the years.
I'm far from being an expert. But a guy I know has a 71 Hemi 'Cuda, it will be mine, oh yes

OK, just got back from seeing this, and thought it was really good actually The stunts were very cool (though not believeable, but heck, the bike was flying!!!! ) I loved all the cars and the blowing up of things...I like a good action movie, and although its not really Bond, I loved it all the same !!!
Not much wrong with Vin either!!!

So thats what its called He has all the charm of a cardboard cutout...can you tell I strongly dislike Pierce! The sooner he is outta Bond the better, bring on someone new, fresh and Scottish (i only like Connery's bond)

Well, at least Brosnan can actually act...
I loved this movie! And believe it or not it managed to silence me, even when the credits were rolling i was still sitting with my jaw open...and there are witnesses to that.
Its fun, action packed and not too stuffy. And Vin...hubba hubba
