This was so easy to answer that as soon as I read the title I said "oh fiddle dee dee!" LOL

My favorite line from a movie is from one of my favorite movies.... Gone With The Wind. I won't do justice in describing the scene (tho I'll try)... when Belle Watling leaves in Rhett's carriage, and Scartlett looks down to at the hankerchief in her hand and sees Rhett's initials on it... she gets all frustrated and says...

"Well! If I just *wasn't* a lady, what *wouldn't* I tell that varmit!"

Priceless. Absolutely priceless. Many more classic quotes from the film too. (Anyone recognize "Frankly my dear I don't give a damn." or "After all, tomorrow is another day"??) Classic.

There are so many. But as I'm slightly squiffy at the moment, the one that always gives me goosebumps is the immortal line uttered by Sarah Connor in Terminator:

"You're terminated, *expletive deleted*!"

Actually, it was Roddy Piper who said it in John Carpenter's classic 'They Live!'. Which also happens to feature one of the best, and longest, fight scenes in a film I've ever seen.

So many to choose from!

Fight Club (My current favourite all time film) is littered with them. From Nihilistic Buddhist like lines about us all being made of the same goo to whether I should show you my crotch or my ass.

Then there's Chasing Amy (which I seem to be famous for my love of...) and any number of lines about the nature of love.

Or Mall Rats, and just roaringly funny lines about kids on escalators and men's love of Sega...

Or any of the Python films, from wafer thin mints, aquatic ceremonies and the fact that I am not the messiah!

However, I suspect my all time favourite film quote (for tonight) is:

'The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. And like that <puff> he's gone.'
