Well, after some comparative mismatches in the previous round, every one of these was a hard fought affair which could have gone either way.
Tarantino's Pulp Fiction boys gave 110%, Guy Pearce covered every blade of grass in Memento (presumably forgetting where he'd been before) but failed to appear twice in the semi-finals as LA Confidential was shot down by the giant killing Lost Boys.
Star Wars and The Usual Suspects tied. Judge's decision... The Usual Suspects will be in the semis. The Star Wars fans can console themselves by knowing that it won the national vote.
