Spider-Man 2 :D *Warning! Contains spoilers!*
This seems to be shaping up quite nicely indeed ( 
): filming is now well underway, I've heard a rather tasty rumour that some footage of Doc Ock in action has popped up somewhere on the big WWW (not to mention the incredibly cool wallpaper of the good doctor that the official site won't let me download for some reason), and it sounds like they've finally made their minds up about whether Tobey Maguire's playing Spidey again or not...
Anyone else heard anything of interest in regards to the wallcrawler's new movie?
EDIT: Now got the wallpaper, it's now sat snugly on my hard drive alongside a couple of rather cool wallpapers of Halo 2. Good stuff, indeed!

The first film was really good, but i've still always prefered the comics. However this looks be be a lot better than the first from what i've seen and Doc Ock has always been one of my faves so hopefully it'll be the dogs B's!

This film kicked arse! So much so, I've seen it twice this weekend. Even if you take away the amazing effects, it has a brilliant storyline. Like Milky, I got emotional at the bit on the train where the passengers carefully carry him to the back of the carriage. And then they tell Spidey that they won't betray his secret.
Brilliant.
And, yeah, sets up Spider-Man 3 brilliantly!

The film had good bits and less good bits; it certainly wasn't the best thing since sliced bread.
When there was action it was fantastic, but too much time was spent focussing on Peter moaning and whining. Not only that, but most of his whining was lumped in the first half so, much like the first film, it was a film of two halves, rather than one film evenly paced.

It's just as well I saw this last night or I'd be incredibly annoyed that the ending has been given away (again)
Speculating on possible future movie plots is fine as it doesn't spoil anything, but can we NOT give the game away to people who haven't seen this movie yet?!
As for the movie itself, I loved it (ask Katie, PoF and Fil about the fan girl squee'ing
) and I intend to see it again and again and again tonight. I've had it on DVD for a while, but I wanted to see it on the 'big screen' first 'cos movies are always better that way

Anyway yeah was a great film, prefered it to the 1st. There were a couple of bad bits, but overall most of it was great I thought. Hope Felicia is gonna be in the next film! Shes one of the sexiest cartoons ever!
