I'd want more than a wave from him I don't care *how* old he is

I popped down to Leicester Square this evening to try to get a glimpse of God (Sean Conery), and feel blessed to have been given a wave from his excellence.
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
or LXG for short.

Anyways, our very own uncle Giles was also there with his daughters (well Tony Head's duaghters. I dunno if Giles has any kids).
Just thought you might wanna know.

Totally excellent! Is Antony Head in the film?
No comment on boffage of Mr Connery , but being a heroically fanatical fan of the comics (final issue of the series, stirring stuff old chap) I'm going to have to go and watch this, even though I know I'm doomed to dissapointment. Mina isn't even wearing her scalf for Lucifer's sakes!
Still, if it's got Dorian Grey flouncing around, it's not going to be boring.

Can't stand Connery myself, his accent does my head in! I wanted to go down, mainly because its going to be the only chance i'd catch Shane West in the UK (he plays Tom Sawyer). The film itself is not bad, not great but not to dissapointing. Only really watched it for Shane (yup i'm shallow) as normally anything with Connery in it I refuse to watch (apart from him as Bond, thats my one exception)
I was meant to see it tonight, but now I'm going next week. Not one to be left out, I'll be watching the DVD I've had for the last week.
Its been screaming at me to watch it, but I wanted to see it on the big screen first and I'm weakening!
