Oh, I don't know... I have a great deal of respect for Sigourney Weaver as an actress, and she's certainly had her share of bitchy roles. But I can't right now see her as Emma Frost.
But it's early days for the rumours yet. I was hoping for either the Hellfire Club or Mr Sinister (difficult to do visually, but great character) as established villians who would put a different spin on the pattern of the films so far. I've never liked the sentinels, and I don't see how it differs sufficiently from the mutant registration threat of the first movie and the mutant genocide of the second. Where as the Hellfire Club gives us mutants without a political agenda, in it only for the personal wealth and power they can scrape together. Likewise, Sinister has no grand plan, unlike Magneto or Stryker, but his experiments on mutants and humans alike for scientific gain add horror. Besides, I want the Victorian flahbacks
(And dammit, I was hoping Halle Berry was going to get fed up and leave, but the Empire article says everyone is still on board.)
