Did you watch the trailer?

The film looks, disappointingly, to be nearly as bad as catwoman. The casting isn't brilliant (a dye-job jessica alba as Sue Storm? puh-lease!), the effects look unconvincing, and they've made changes to the Fantastic Four concept that, well, don't sound good.

I'll certainly be seeing it, but it's not high on the priorities list.

To be honest, when I first heard about this and the cast I thoguht it'd be awful, but since seeing the trailor recently it gave me a little bit more hope of being watchable. It doesn't look too bad but then agan it doens't look great either. I don't think it could be as bad as 'Cat Woman' though. That really was awful

I'm not going to be blazing a trail to the cinema unless it gets a lot of critical approval, and that doesn't look like happening. What they've done with Doom looks well dodgy, but on the plus side, Stan Lee gets to play a character, instead of just a cameo. Should make all the difference...

Fantastic Four, i'd bet.

Constantine looked a bit dodgy at first, but it has had a lot of excellent reviews.

It's the director's debut (he'd only done music videos and tv ads before), but all the reviews i've read say he is only held back by the script, which is only good, not great. Rather than getting his balls out and waving them (*cough* Stephen Sommers *cough*) at everyone, he's taken a more thoughtful approach and visually, the film is great. Apparently.

Of course, if you hate Keanu you'll still hate Keanu. I like Keanu though.
