DC and Warner Brothers are planning to bring the Teen Titans to the big screen. The Titans have become better known is recent years, courtesy of the (excellent) cartoon, and a lengthy run by Geoff Johns on the book that was brilliant.

It's not known who will be in the team, but apparently Nightwing is a hot favourite. I guess there are multiple reasons for this. By using Nightwing and not Robin, they can get around the fact that Dick Grayson/Robin is in past Batman films (and may be in future ones). They may barely mention it i'd imagine.

And they've said the tone will be in keeping with Superman Returns, Batman Begins and Watchmen. Now, Superman Returns' tone is very different to Batman Begins, but I guess they're going to do college-age Titans, rather than the kids, another reason it's Nightwing.

In which case, I think they should do Nightwing, Starfire (gotta get somebody *hot and busty* for that one!), Cyborg, Beast Boy, Raven. That leaves out classic Titans like Kid Flash, Jericho, Wonder Girl (and many others). Jericho I could see, but I can't see them doing Kid Flash or Wonder Girl, because of the associated top-level heroes that are getting their own movies.

Maybe i'm wrong though. The Titans has a huuuuuuge library to pick from.

Villains? Well, i'd like to see Deathstroke the Terminator and some cronies.
