Seems like it's stuck in development hell as I haven't heard anything about it for ages myself. Looks like the TV show is getting a modern makeover though if you believe www.theprisoneronline.com

The Prisoner
I heard a rumour a couple of years ago, that a film of the classic TV series "The Prisoner" was in production. Since then I haven't heard a thing about it. Was I dreaming it or has anyone else heard of it's existence ?

Last I heard, Chris Nolan was deciding whether to work on The Prisoner film before the next Batman.
