Caritas 7th July, London - Rollcall

The other thread seems to have got very confused as some people are going to Nos or Caritas but not necessarily doing both.

As there's a separate discussion thread for Nos See Here I thought it would be better to have a separate Caritas thread and you can discuss travel plans meeting etc.

My official piece of paper arrived this morning - and thanks to Jola I shall be there on Sunday

Has anyone had the updates throught the post yet ? I've heard nothing as yet, and on the list they were saying that they were going to be with us by the weekend.

I havent got my tickets yet, they said that if we didnt get them by saturday and we had sent the money, then we should be on the list, but im pretty worried about it

How much money would people advise taking roughly? Because im a newbie at this sort of thing and i dont know what extra expenses I will need to pay for

Cant wait to meet everyone though

me going to this,along with my boyfriend mark and im dragging my mum along too.does anyone know if they will be doing photo shoots at this or if we will be able to have our own cameras?

Coolkat Don't worry about not having your tickets - I'm sure your names will be on a list - but please remember to bring ID as this can be asked for.

In order to have enough money - the rule of thumb at conventions usually is Â£10 per picture bought at the convention for autographs, so if you just stick to one of each actor you're looking at Â£20 and then the professional photo shoot tickets are normally Â£10 per actor as well, mind you saying that at SFX the cost of the photos were Â£12 so not sure if this has gone up for the Sector 14 event.

Proph As far as I know there will be a photo shoot from reading Stuarts e-mail on his e-group mailing list - but bring your camera anyway as you can take piccies of the guests while on stage etc. You WON'T be allowed however to use your personal camera in the professional photo shoot.

Nope, trust me - these were the worst ones yet!!! The best ones were at N2K & Odyssey - perhaps I work better against a more natural backdrop
