What is it with you and blokes who's names are 3 letters long and begin with 'V'? lol You can call me Vic from now on - see if that works wonders
Pat Roach is a kind of running gag in the Indiana Jones trilogy, he plays the big guy in Marian's bar at the start of Raiders who fights with Indy and he's the attendant for the zepplin in The Last Crusade..infact he might play someone else in The Last Crusade as well..all is revealed on the DVD extras disc.

Pat Roach - Kael - Willow, German mechanic - Raiders of the Lost Ark, Thuggee Guard - Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
He didn't look so hot on the BAFTA's last night so you won't need to bother going

We have decided not to announce which Lord of the Rings actors will be attending which talks until on the day. This is because there is a possibility that we may still have other guests joining us for the talks and we may need to swap the line-up around. It is also to make it difficult for potential scalpers and ticket touts from bulk-buying the tickets in advance, leaving less available for the genuine fans. However please rest assured that there will be major cast members appearing in each talk.

We are very sorry to have to announce that Val kilmer will no longer be able to attend The London Film and Comic Con.
Having spoken with Val's representative last night, it appears that he is needed that weekend by Warner Brothers for a Press Junket in New York for his upcoming film, Spartan. As always, an actors filming and promotional commitments have to come first, as they are contractually obliged in this regard. I know that Val was looking forward to meeting everyone at the show, and he expresses his apologies.
We are sorry for any disappointment this causes. We were looking forward to welcoming Val to the show, but we hope that you will all agree that we have many other superb guests for the weekend, and it should be a lot of fun. We have been in contact with all guests flying in from abroad in the last 2 days, and are pleased to report that they are all really looking forward to the event.
Take care
Showmasters
