As KT said, people are completing payments for hotels now that the holidays have settled down. Anyone still needing information or a room from the block booking, please make sure I know

I was first to reply to the original post and despite having printed out the details from the e-mail, work has consipired against me for the past few weeks and I simply haven't got around to booking the hotel and sending off the money for the ticket.
I will try and sort things out in the next couple of days!

As its comic relief again quite possibly on the friday before the t party i'm not sure actually, I think we should do a little something to raise some money again. 2 years back the slave auction made around £300 if I remember correctly. Even if we only raise a little bit this year it'd be good, so anyone got any ideas. Only thing I can think of is a kissathon, but we'd need lots of willing girls. Anyway, anyone got any ideas how we can maybe raise a little?

Okay, with no roomie at this point it's getting a little late to organise my finances for this, I'm going to jave to drop out of this. Oh well, there's allways next year.

It is not too late to find a roomie as there are still people making arrangements. If possible stick with it for 2 weeks as we don't need a decision until then

Far be it for me to cast doubt, but what will happen if there isnt another dozen paid up people by Tuesday?

The question is a fair one. When the dates were first indicated we received a good response, but it appears many people's circumstances have changed. That aside, the feedback we have had this week is promising and at this stage everything is fine We are obviously waiting for payments to come forward.
The deadline for us to finalise payments are a full week away (this is why we are asking for full numbers by Tuesday)
If for any reason there are any problems and numbers are low, the only money lost would be my own. In that position we would be able to offer full refunds as no money paid by members has been used towards anything yet. If this was likely to occur, there would also be the offer of moving the TParty to a different date as there is every indication that members still want the party to take place (as do I!)
Of course, we don't want to be seen chasing people for individual payments, but if you are still intending on coming but haven't let us know, please do so soon
