No idea at all - couldn't they send you replacement tickets? As far as I'm aware the event is sold out.

James is appearing at the Collectormania 7 event though in Milton Keynes that same weekend.

It seems strange if they had already charged you for tickets and then refunded them when lost. Did they not give you the option of having replacements sent?

Looks like you'll need to ring the venue direct for the hope of getting hold of any returns.
