Level 3 have reserved a village to ourselves in SILVER accommodation, but the info will all go up once we have all the facts and figures down for you and officially confirmed. We also have to have it checked and confirmed from the park manager (marketing) before we can go 'live', so we apologise for any delay on the full venue details. But yes, we will all be together and also to bear in mind, that if you are NOT staying on the park, you have a day visit badge and cannot stay past a certain time (like a curfew!) - so to enjoy all the fun and not have to worry about traffic, or driving or enjoying yourselves, you will need to stay on the park.

Please do NOT try to book anything now. For one, the call centre will not have our info as we have the deal with the park manager and so all bookings will be taken on site at Bognor Regis during normal working business hours. They are generating a special booking code for us that you will need to quote on booking your accommodation on site. Once we give you this booking, you can start booking your rooms, but please start thinking now about who you would like to share with as some of the apartments hold up to 6 people and save you lots of money!

Anyway, we'll get the full details up shortly and let you know when you can book.

Dear Delegates,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you with the updated information from Butlins. I have had the meeting with them and so can now confirm with you some of the facts about the weekend and more details regarding the booking of accommodation for the event.

Firstly I must point out that as you know the weekend is an "adult break" for the venue so it is very strictly for only people aged 18 and over. Anybody who appears to be underage will be asked for ID (Passport, National ID with photo or photo driving licence), if they are underage they will have to leave the resort and will not be refunded any monies paid. I'm afraid there aren't any facilities for babies this weekend either.

However that is the only negative thing in regards to the event. All the rest of your questions I have asked and got a very positive response. So to save time let me outline these queries for you: (in no particular order)

1.. Single sex groups. There is no problem for single sex groups to stay together as some of the rooms house up to 7 people.
2.. Extra nights accommodation. These can be added on before the event no problem. The cost for these extra nights is £25 per person per night. (Bed only.)
3.. Area of accommodation. I have reserved a block of Silver rooms and they will be enough for you all to stay in the same area.
4.. Booking code. There will be a booking form complete with a booking code for the event on our website. This will be live by 1st April.
5.. Booking accommodation. You can either phone Butlins direct, fill in the booking form electronically and email it to them or send it to them through the post. Please do not book through the call centre, the direct line will be on our website by 1st April.
6.. Single Occupants. You can specify a room to yourself. However there will be a single supplement to pay, as all rooms are either double or twin. This will be a one -off payment of £50.
7.. Disabled access/special requirements. When you book you can inform Butlins are any special requirements i.e. Ground floor room. There are also 11 rooms that are fully converted for disabled access and these can room up to 4 people. If you require any special seating arrangements i.e. if you use a wheelchair please contact Teresa (teresa.horsnell@L3conventions.co.uk)
8.. Price per room or per person. The Silver accommodation is priced per person and includes Friday evening meal, Saturday breakfast and evening meal, Sunday breakfast and evening meal and Monday breakfast. The final price for this is £114.
9.. Pay passes to the venue. These need to be bought directly from Butlins, if you are not staying on site. They are £12 per day to allow full use of all the facilities. However the curfew for day pass holders is 11pm.
10.. Discounted transport. Butlins can arrange a reduced fare to the venue if you travel by National Express. The information and details about this can be found at the bottom of the booking form.

TICKET TYPES:

GOLD PASS entitles ticket holder to all three event days, including
a VIP MEET & GREET with the Guests!
Access ALL areas (including the STARHYKE special screening and Gary
Jones Evening).
Seating is for the front rows in the auditorium and entitles first
in line for photo sessions and autograph signings.
Price: £125 (limited number available to purchase from website)

SILVER PASS entitles ticket holder to weekend (Sat & Sun) as well
as STARHYKE panel and Special Screening on FRIDAY.
Seating is allocated on weekend only in the central block of the
auditorium. Autograph signings are in ticket number order.
Please note that a Silver Pass does not include any GOLD PASS
extras or access to the Gary Jones Evening ('JONESY' tickets can be
purchased on the door)
Price: £85 (available to purchase from website)

FRIDAY PASS is a DAY PASS for Friday only and entitles the ticket
holder to the STARHYKE guest panel and special screening as well as
the Autograph Signing on Friday.
Please note that the park will charge a daily entrance fee of £12
to delegates not staying on site.

'JONESY' TICKET is a special ticket that allows the ticket holder
entrance to the Friday Adult Comedy Evening with Canadian comedian,
GARY JONES.
