Ok, here's an e-mail i sent out. Please let me know if you haven't received cause there's things that have been deleted for securit reasons.

Hey Blackpool Goers


Ok, i know that you are all probably fed up of me sending e-mails about Blackpool - but this is the last one and is VERY IMPORTANT! I hope your all getting excited about it - i know i am (along with a healthy dollop of worry!) It's just 1 week away - doesn't time fly!


When you arrive at the hotel Friday or Saturday, PLEASE let me know you've arrived cause i'll have a clipboard and list and my system will be upset if you don't do as your told!! If you are arriving before 4:15pm on Friday then report to CoolKat - she's my deputy!

On Friday Night, i'm gonna book the restaurants at 8:00pm. I know it's later than i first said but this is because people are coming after work and will be arriving later but can still have food! So, if you will now be able to make it, then please tell me!! Also, let me know if anyone has any problems with eating at this time. Dinner will be at 7pm on Saturday.

Also, people coming by train on Friday or Saturday - i have e-mailed people who have given me a time confirming that i'm gonna pick them up. I've probably forgotten about someone so if you want me to pick you up from the station then e-mail!

Ok, well as you know we are going to the Pleasure Beach on Saturday. We will be leaving to go to the Pleasure Beach at 10:30am. EVERYONE must be ready to leave and if your not then you will have a very angry FG on yer hands! If you are coming up on the Saturday Morning then please make sure you get there in time

Now somethings about the hotel:
Sandpiper Hotel, Tangent21 or I cannot accept responsibilty for the loss of guest property unless handed in for safe custody of the hotel.
Deposits are not refundable but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
In the case of non-arrival, the customer is eligible for two-thirds of the cost of the booking if the room isn't re-let.
The Sandpiper Hotel, Tangent21, or I will not be held responsible for any damages, breakages, and you will be all responsible for your own actions and behaviour
The Hotel Manager is a friend of someone on Tangent21 and we don't want anyone to change that (especially if we have another Blackpool Meet and we need somewhere to stay)
Please consider that there are others in the hotel and treat them with respect. Even though the hotel is filled with T21ers there will be hotels on either side and not all t21ers wanna be woken when you come in
