Oops (holding back swear words) - I meant to post this in the Expo topic - many apologies!
Expo
I'll be there tomorrow, wearing a t-shirt or badge with T21 on it, like a big geek.
See ya!

i still may come to this tomorrow, if so look out for the james marsters lookalike with dark hair
Roxanne - where were you????
HeadtoHead - where were you????
Two pretty good days, absolutely shattered now though. Michelle and Kristine were good guests - very pleasant and signed away for hours..... mind you the queues for them were unbelieveable - at one point, I think the waiting time was approx 3hrs......
Looking forward to the Expo next year already....

I was there the second day, from about 12-3. I didn't even spot Michelle or Kristine!
How much were they charging for autographs? Those oldies from Only Fools and Horses were apparently charging far more than they were worth.
It was ok, but I think next year it will be better - lots of dealers holding out to see how it went.
I didn't see anyone that could concievably be a T21er - lots of scary fans though!

Michelle and Kristine were down the far end of the hall where the large queue was They were charging £15 a signature and £5 if you wanted a personal item done.
I was pretty much near the front entrance most of the time so you couldn't miss me or Georgia - oh well..... next time we'll have to be more organised at our "meets"

I tried to find you Jola, but I have no idea what you look like...did see a couple of peeps that could have been you. I was too scared to ask though ! ?
We are going to have to organise something more for Caritas OK

Well I had a good time with Jola and Georgia for the majority of Saturday Georgia wore me out I nodded off in kfc after we left and fell asleep all the way home (although I suspect that has something to do with not feeling too bright)
I was actually surprised at the layout of the Excel centre itself, the food lacked in the normal junk (I'm not a pizza/pasta fan - where were the soggy chips?? I guess I get used to trudging around the NEC and Sandown which takes all day so I was also surprised at the lack of regular traders who are normally at the other fairs as I thought the Expo would be bigger. In fact I made good time around it even by my standards.
There were bargains to be made, I saw Giles/Oz figures for a fiver. Some of the variants were as lowly priced as £12 and the bunny anya ranged from £15 - £18 which I thought was reasonable. I wasn't parted with my money for merchandise though, I actually saved that for the signings instead this time
Something else that is bugging me - what happened to Normal from Dark Angel - I thought he was supposed to be there?

£15 per signiture. Bloomin' hell, how many people were there. Sounds like it was a nice little earner at the weekend for the guests.

So what was the score - did they do a talk, were you allowed to ask them questions when getting their autograph.
What this a charity gig or does all the cash go straight to the guests (tax free?)
There were no talks...they were signing all day though. There were quite a few guset there from various shows. I'm not sure if they were all charging the sme price for autos.
It was primarily a collectors fair, the guests were just an extra really !
Well worth going to though - some of the Buffy action figures were dead cheap !
