T-Party 2003 - The Return - Discussion
Welcome to the new thread This is where you can all chat about the T-Party, decide when you will be arriving & where you can meet up, ask any questions & most importantly GET EXCITED!
I can pick you up if you want to split petrol costs. I'll be leaving on the Friday afternoon 'tho. This also applies to Peg & Yvonne or anyone else coming along the A14/ A45 (Cat?)
by guffer
This will be my first meet, although I know stoo .
I'll be driving in from Northampton so anyone along the A45 from northampton to birmingham (I hate driving in birmingham) can thumb a lift (e.g. if you are skint) if they wish. mail/IRC me if you wish to be taken up on this offer of a life time
I'll probably just come on the Saturday because otherwise it would mean coming straight from work. I'll be driving from Oxford if anyone along the M40 corridor wants a lift?
And I might have to combine it with a shopping spree - Birmingham has a Next sale shop which is one of my favourite places to rid myself of my hard-earned cash!!

This goes for all our other front page 'stars', if you would like us to change the picture then we will

It also looks like someone pinched Leo's microphone

Billy... Calm down, calm down
Not so nearly on the ball. Room booked but awaiting details on online transfers. A tad more practical than posting a cheque from out here in Singapore!
Nah hun, looks like payment is accepted on the day we arrive, or thats what I know after booking mine today..
by EvilWillow
Is everyone paying for their rooms now? coz i cant afford to till i arrive i hope thats ok.
SNAP!

I'll be there the Friday night too. Might as well make a weekend of it
This is why I love working for Nationwide - we get paid on the 21st

I'll stick up my hand and flag down the T-Taxi

What one did you get to for the SHP Noid? The best I can think of would maybe be Manchester.. I only say that as I'm not sure as to Birminghams airport 'facilities'
by The Noid
Does anyone know what airfield is the most practical to fly to?
Birmingham International Airport is pretty good and certainly has flights to most major European airports. It's a bit out of the city centre but there's a direct train

Birmingham International is easiest - 10 minutes by train to new street station and the venue is 5 mins walk, but also closeish is East Midlands. Easiest way from there is by coach - national express should be able to get you into birmingham. If not bus into derby and get the train.
