Do any of the organisers know if the venue has any kind of dress code (no trainers or whatever?) I know thinking about what I'm going to wear this far in advance just proves me to be totally shallow, but it would be good to know if there's anything I need to work around!
Sorry to take so long to get back to you directly with a 'straight from the landlords mouth' response to your question!
Most of us know from 2001 SHP in Brum that it can suddenly snow while you are at the party & you come out to see all roads & pavements covered in this white cold stuff. Also no cabs around even if you beg! Of course, this year, with the hotel being literally about 30 yards from the party venue down a little hill I don't think that will be an issue
