A nostalgic meet?
Just lately, maybe due to me getting older, i've been looking back a lot on the good old meets we used to have. Although Nos nights began to get a bit poo, years ago they were great fun and I think most of you who went to them would agree.
I know Pages is now closed, but you have 'The Westmister' in its place, although I don't think its open Saturdays, I shall have to look into it, but it'd be cool if we went The Admiral then The Westminster, like we used to. Firstly I just want to see if there would be any interest in this I'd also like to try and invite as many oldies as I can. People who no longer post here but used to go to Nos nights, it'd be great to catch up with some people i've not seen in a long long time. I know some people have gone their own ways, and fallen out with others, but I think it'd just be good to have a meet like we used to years ago with lots of old faces too.
So, would anyone actually be interested in this? I just wanna get a feel for numbers first before then asking the others who no longer post. Also if 'The Westminster' is closed on Saturdays and it'd cost too much to private hire, we could then look into somewhere else to go. So anyone be interested?

lol ok maybe June isn't good then, what about in July, or will people be watching their money for Alton Towers? I did consider doing one for Xmas, but people are always busy in December and its hard to get a week where most people are free.

I dunno, I think it'd be great to have a big crimbo meet, but I guarantee, even if planned early people will not be able to make it as theres always so much happening in December, as well as a lot of things costing a lot. If people are too busy during the summer months, maybe September would be a good time to do it.

September sounds good to me, but then so does pretty much any time. So long as I'm available I'll be there, no matter what time of year it is.
I think we definitely need to do a christmas meet, but it doesn't necessarily have to be this one. Maybe a Not-Nos or something. Plus December is aaaaaaaaages away yet, so it'd be nice to have this a bit sooner.
