Holidays-So where are the T21 er's having their Hols?
I couldnt resist any longer, The suns out and I'm feeling all holidayish,
Sooooooo where are we all off to this year and with whom??or as some people have already been where did you go?
I'm off to NY on May 15th, I can't believe its come round so quick ten days no kids "heaven", I have so much to buy before then eekk

Well technically I haven't had a holiday for 3 years .. the only time we get away is for a long weekend at a convention as they cost nearly as much then a good week away!

We're both on leave next week, and decided not to go away, but take Ben to nursery every day as normal, and then do (perhaps boring, but nonetheless) grown-up stuff like go out to lunch together 
and go up to London for the day and go to the cinema in the afternoon and what was the other thing? oh yes..... not go to work 
which may not sound like a lot but I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to it.
Other than that, might be going to Paris in September, but not decided yet.

Not holidays as such, as I shall mostly be working, but I'm doing two American games conventions in the summer, in Ohio and Milwaukee. I will probably stop off in New York for a couple of days on the way back from the first
Am also considering a week or so in Ireland or Scotland, but it depends how the budget goes!

Apart from 3 days at Bad Girls, i have 3 weeks off in June - 3 days of which at Eclipse - the rest watching the World Cup. Not much of a holiday for some - but no work, loadsa beer, and footie for 3 weeks will be

Have finally just sorted this, probably totally boring to many but, from the middle to end of August, one week in Crieff (Oohh Highland Games, fingers crossed Mr McGregor will be there,and I'm not talking Peter Rabbit.) Probably just his dad.
Second week, on the Isle of Skye, in a little cottage with a real fire.(Hummmm)Will keep eye open for seals and otters if poss, they are mean't to be around there.

I think I'll just have to make do with the meets for now until I finish uni/get a job/clear some debts etc, but hey, I get to party with my friends

Right well been to France and America already this year. Much fun had! Then off to somewhere like Spain, Corfu or Italy in the Summer. Which is a bummer for me coz we normally go to the States and plus the facts me thinks that mum is gonna be booking a 'get fit' holiday! Anyway then in October going to Belgium and France. I'm a busy bee! Last year went to America, Spain, France and Swizerland all in one year! Btw- anyone who is thinking about going to Swizerland, its beautiful and well worth it.

Just back from L.A. and off to Great Yarmouth for the weekend with the kids in a fortnight. Hopfully I'll squeeze another trip in to L.A. in August - October time.

Find it rather depressing that it's nearly May and I have taken precisely zero days off so far. I so need to get a life...
I'll probably be heading out to Malaysia over Christmas/New Year to visit parents. In addition, options currently include Hong Kong to visit sister, joining a friend on trip to Peru and the Galapagos Islands(!) and a vague desire to visit Prague or Budapest...

I think most of my holiday time will be spent in the Netherlands or over here, both with my boyfriend. Perhaps going away next year.
But I will be going up to Scotland for the Homecoming convention & I have a week off between Homecoming & Eclipse where I may be going away within the UK for a few days with him too
But I can't complain as I did Spain, India (twice), Greece & the Netherlands last year.

I'm planning on going away *somewhere* after I've finished my course in October. I'm not sure exactly where though. I've been looking into all sorts of places from Vegas to a road trip round New York State, Canada and Boston.
I doubt any of them will come off but you never know!
