Names
Hi, I'm quite new, and I was just wondering how/why everyone chose their names. So, erm, how did everyone choose their names?
I'll start... I named myself after Amy 'Acker', but I am NOT a girl its Acker not Amy, okay?! I named it that 'cause I love her not 'cause I AM her, or want to be her!
Confusion should be cleared up now?!
Anyone else want to tell?

Chose it on buffyuk. Elizabeth's my name *but I hate it!* so people call me Lizzie, and I like Faith and Buffy so I decided on lizzieslayer. Its quick and funky and very cool for the net.

Stolen from a character in a book-screenplay thingy I was working on with RedWitch a few years back. The 'real' Trinity is a six-foot Vampire-Angel cross with red hair and serious attitude, so really we're nothing alike. Except the red hair.

Mine is from "Have I got news for you" and one of the guest publications was something like "Ferrets Weekly" and i found it really funny so my friends called me Ferretgirl

Well I was reading this old book I got in a charity shop and it had been awarded to a girl called Barbara. This was just before I registered on BuffyUK ages ago.

Mine came about 'cos I'm a idiot. 
My screen name's a nickname I've had most of my life, but I was wiccagirluk, then wiccagirl on BuffyUK/Road to T21.
Then I made a really stoopid mistake when I mixed up my screen name & the name I wanted to be known as (or whatever the 2 are), 'cos I & ended up as Taz.
And that's all she wrote...or typed...or otherwise

Mines after Willow and Tara's cat, only me being me, I heard it wrong and didn't put the 'o' on the end.

My initials are DM - so used to get called Dangermouse at school - seemed apprpriate here - and is now making a come back !!

I cant exactly remember how mine came about. I'm a law student, and i'm a Lindsey fan (and Cordy called him 'Evil Lawyer Boy) I some how ended up with this name and it stuck. Although dont get confused if i come into chat and people call me Faith as that was my old nick

Mines a mixture of my first and second name, because so many people (or should I say females) are called michele, whenever i register somewhere the name has already been used, I chose to put my first (Michele) and second (Lisa) name together, and so far no-one else has used it
