you've got guts they're supposed to be like boot camps, don't let you eat nice stuff and make you exercise.
Health Farms & Spas
My sister in law and I have decided to have a small break at a Health Farm in the next couple of months and leave the men to it
Has anyone ever been to one and what would you recommend? I'm searching the web at the moment and there are just so many to choose from.

LOL. No they're not. You go and get pampered for a weekend. Massage, facials, sauna & spa etc. I'd love to go to one

Well I used to work as a reservationist at "Champneys" and so got the whole experience as part of job training and I loved it. It's a beautiful place has great facilities such as sauna, steam rooms, spa bath, swimming pool fully eqipped gym etc...
All the food is organic and is absolutely lovely as well as being healthy. The beauty therapists are all extremly well trained and good at their jobs and there are hundreds of treatments to choose from. It's only situated in Hertfordshire so not to far from London. The only downside is the cost. It is a bit steep, but then you get what you pay for.
One of Champneys main competitors are Hoar Cross Hall. According to the guests they are equally as good so might be worth checking out their website too!
Anyway hope you have a great time wherever you choose!

I think the expense would put me off, but I'm forever entering competitions to win weekend breaks of this nature - I can just imagine being pampered properly with facials etc mmmmmmbliss
