Bad news about the suits - I'm very happy that I don't even own one, never mind have to wear it to work every day.

In opposite position, finishing job today and nothing lined up. May just have a holiday and go on unemployment benefit for 2 months untill starting a degree, unless something else comes up. Last time I became unemployed and was going to take a week not working (temping contacts) I got a new contract out of the blue some 3 days later.

Hiya Tycho, well done hun *hugs* I bet you are so relieved now that you can go out & buy something without worrying if it will make you run out of food money before the end of the week.

Suits aren't all that bad, although I enjoy working in the departments which have an occasional 'own clothes day' for charity Staff pay £1 to wear whatever they want to wear for the day... it makes productivity go down on that day but the next few days after that it soars again as everyone feels relaxed & happier
