shampoo
what shampoo do you use and do you think its best to use shampoo and conditioner or an all in one? i use head and shoulders all in one, coz when i put on conditioner i tend to use too much and my hair puffs out like a pompom.

I use co-op's own brand! It smells of SH*T but in makes my hair silky smooth

Me + Kitty mainly use Pantene Shampoo/Conditioner in one. We also have Andrew Collinge conditioner.
I've used cheap copies of Pantene before, but have found that if you dont rinse thourougly enough, you get residue that dries and sticks to your scalp, when you pull it off, it brings the skin with it! Ouch!

Wahat was the one that had something to do with fruit & came in a green bottle?
