Chocolate and/or ice-cream
Tescos do a very nice Belgian chocolate sauce for ice-cream which may be exactly what you need.
More productively, fatty fish oils and some fatty acids are important and often lacking in modern diets, Seven Seas do a supplement called "Pulse" which is high dose fish oils and certain fatty acids which complement the typical missing acids and fats in most peopes diets (I currently take these). More fish and less (but not none) red meat in general are prob a good idea.
Addidionally consider all the G's -- ginger, garlic, ginko, and ginseng.
Taurine is present in a lot of energy and stimulant supplements these days, so if you're veggie or allergic to taurine then you'll need to be carefull which you take.
Grapefruit juice is the best fruit juice to drink when you're down, as it helps the body maximise the effect of the tyrosine (and related compounds) it's getting.
You may, possibly, wish to consider ephedrine -- I'm not going to advocate it though. Research thoroughly before deciding whether or not to take it.
Ofcourse, bear in mind I'm neither a doctor, nutritionist nor new-age hippy health food nut
