Why couldn't you go hunny? if it was a case of fundage you could've begged and pleaded friends or family (hell even your boss seeing as he was nice enough to get that all for you) I'm sure it would've been worth the small humiliation

I am kicking myself but my agraphobia kicked it and i just couldn't step out of my door, i would have had to have traveled there on my owna nd i would have got lot and wouldn't have been coming back at 4am after the aftershow party! *arugh!!!* and i just couldn't travel on my own and by the time my dad was in (he could have driven) it was too late and i would have missed my boss going in and he had my passes

but im *hopeing* that he's gonna call fm the party and he's gonna steal stuff for me so i feel a little better...plus i have 46 cans of beer and a bottle of vodka

and phil (boss) kept the backstage pass for me so that i can show it off to everyone and he gave Scot, the tour manager, my home address so he can send me things! wooohooo!!!!

oh my god you could have met them, i feel for you hun i really do. i went to se them on saturday, and what i saw was awsome! even if they were only three inches tall! they are my fave band too! but honey the Arnea is one of the suckiest places for gigs, its just one big aircraft hanger with no accoustics! even i felt cramped. they were carry peopel away half way throught the gig too.

I went to see the last night at the MEN.

First thing - i hate that venue with a fiery passion. The way it's so huge no matter where you are (unless at the front of the pit) you won't get a really good view. Also, 12,000+ people breathing the same smokey atmosphere - egh, i think it's given me a cold

Anways, first on were Puddle of Mudd, whom i personally do not like their music, but honestly they are very good live.

Unfortunately, Trust Company didn't play which was dissappointing as i'd heard good things about them. I dunno what happened but it seemed like everyone was expecting them.

And then onto Korn - who were fashionably late on stage - although after waiting nearly an hour, fashionable gets beyond a joke. But all was forgiven by the time they came out on stage. They really are very good live and they have a wonderful stage presence. But they don't need all the screens and thunder effects and especially the "glitter" at the end - that was just tacky and made it feel like they were very manufactered. They are such a good band they don't need that kind of thing.

Jon was wearing a skirt (not a kilt, a skirt) which he seems to be doing more often these days and i was well pleased when he came with his bag-pipes - i'd been hoping that he's do that!

Anyways was a good night....ooooh

Katie: (to make you feel a little jealous hun) Jon said he loves me ok, so he said it to 12,000 other people but still (i'm still very jealous of you getting that korn stuff!! )

Ok Disturbed are gods of the live shows, they were incredible, mad davey draiman (yummy!)has the most incredible stage presense. So do go see them in december, i am! is that a good revue?
As for Korn, i saw them on the saturday, and Trust company plyed then, but im sorry to saynothing special. Puddle of Mudd, which i love are great live and are a great bunch of guys who i had the pleasure of meeting on a few occasions
Ferretgirl is the MEN as bad as The docklands arena? cos that place sucks big time, why oh why are all rock bands not going to Wembley arena which has amazing acoustics and full surround seating as well as large floor space. The last gig i saw there were Limp Bizkit.it was awsome, now Kron are better than them yet the night was dampened by the venue.still ive sen them now and i can be at peaceoh and Jonathan's skirt is gorgous,with the big cross on it! its what he wears in the hear to stay vid, hes so amazing on stage and so sweet in real life....ok now i'm babling,...i'll stop now

I saw Iron Maiden at MEN a couple of years ago and the place was fantastic. The only complaint anyone could really have is that there wasn't enough standing room.

I can't wait for the new King's Dock Arena in Liverpool (if they ever build it!). 55,000 capacity indoor arena

that'd be so wicked, no-one comes to liverpool due to lack of arena! its such a bitca going to manchester alll the time

maybe if this arena is built in Liverpool, the metal fans of this post could do a mini meet, combining concert and trip to the club....help me dj billy, whats it called again?something house...right?
that would be cool!
