My New Year Resolution is to eat a lot more healthily. I've brought a book on Womens health recommended to me by the doctor, and I'm going to make sure that I follow the guidelines. Unfortunately this probably means cutting down on the booze

well...lose some more weight! its been going well so i'm not gonna give up heh (i *just* put some jeans on i've been trying to fit into heheeeee)

last night when drunk i think i decided it was something vaguely along these lines : be meaner to everybody else and nicer to myself lol oh well!
i think i just mean be more assertive, in fact someone told me to do so

Lose some more weight and get a slightly more active love-life (not hard as love-life currently at 0% activity!). At least one of those is a fun thing!
