Despite being a total Buffy geek, my vote goes to X-Files as well... mainly because it drew a larger audience so is more likely to remembered by the masses.

Buffy (good show, but not exactly memorable), Farscape (saw a couple of shows, didn't like it at all), X-Files (not my style), Stargate (who???) X-Files seems the most likely to be remembered of the shows there.
Of the four listed, I only really watched Buffy. Only saw X-Files in the tv commercials, too spooky for me, but I know it's been around/was around for years, so people had to watch it and like it (just not me ) .
X files has been bigger and ran for a very long time... plus there's they made a successful film out of it, and there's probably more X files books than Buffy books

Well just to stay loyal to my favorite show, and cause it's probably the only one I'll remember in 30 years as I don't watch any of the others. I'm voting for........BUFFY!!!!!
I have to agree with the majority here....X-Files is the only show I can see that has a remote chance of being remembered in 30 years...Buffy is to cult, Farscape is too rubbish and Stargate, although a show I enjoy, just doesn't have the following to be remembered.
I agree, hun, Buffy is the show that *I* will remember in 30 years time. However, the question is what show is most likely to be remembered by Joe Public in 30 years time.

And The X Files made it to BBC1 while Buffy is still buried on teatime and late night BBC2 after five and a bit seasons.

Farscape is too rubbish
The X files will be the most remembered by the masses since its crossed from being cult to mainstream and its ratings eclipsed the others.
Well, I voted for Buffy. It's a tough one to be objective about, but to be honest, I don't really think about the X-Files now.
To a certain extent, I think they'll all be remembered, though. I can think of shows from 1973 or before, which weren't all that popular, or I haven't even seen, and I see no reason why things'll be all that different 30 years from now.

Well, looks like someone did finally vote for it but weren't brave enough to post here and admit it! LOL
