A 12-year study of 38,000 men has discovered that moderate drinking can prevent heart attacks. The men were health professionals and had no histories of cancer or heart disease.

If moderate drinking is this good, then just think of the benefits of excessive drinking

You need a license to drink heavily!?! Where do I get one? Is there a fine if caught drinking heavily without one?
