As I'm not really afraid of Len I'm not afraid to give "constructive" critisisme
Jacob Nielsen wrote some great books on usability, it might give you some neat tips and tricks to make your website really standout. Most libraries can get it for you and they are not that thick so you should be able to work your way through them. Also there are some really nice tips / tricks online about webwriting. Just some general info you might want to read.
Just gonna work through this from top to bottom. Might be a little nitpicker just take what you want to use.
The title of your website. on the frontpage its home while on the rest its Gaijin (whatever it is) tiny inconsitancy.
The logo + text next to it:
It took me a little while to figure out what the logo actaully was might want to us a sharper image. Also if you start editing the image you might to find a way to put the text next to it in the picture itself and put some nice effects on it to really make the header of your page jump out.
General navigation:
If I scroll down one of the longer pages, I'll have to scroll all the way back up again to use the navigationbar. With for example frames or layers you could make sure that the navigation is useable all the time.
Also why do I have a button back to home (on the middle top) when I'm actually on home?
When I go into a certain page its not directly clear where I am on your site. Possibly use bigger / bold / centered or underlined title texts on your page itself. Makes it a lot clearer where on the site I am besides looking at the browserwindow title.
Instead of using the word up maybe the word back might be a bit clearer to what the button actually does.
In products on the side you have buttons for Product 1 / 5. I don't know if people would directly associate the links on the content side of the screen with the buttons. Maybe name product 1 pre-school program etc.
I was just wondering, some pricing information and schedules of when certain lessons are helt might be valuable information.
When I'm in a certain level of your site I can't jump to another level without going through home first. Some people might find that a bit annoying. You might find some useful tips on that in the jacob nielsen books
Only at the bottom of your frontpage we can find an email link. Have atleast one of those on every page at the bottom somewhere so people don't have to look / search for it if they want to contact you.
On the profile I would make the picture transparent or make it match with the background. Or if you don't like that put a black border around it of 1 pixel.
Ooh and I'm missing a link to T21 on the link pages
Certainly not a bad go at all, personally I would have taken a different colourscheme but as I said thats personal
Keep up the good work
/me goes hide from Len
