i use easyjet i got two tickets last week to italy for £89 for both so they CAN be quite cheap when you book ahead so would this mean if you book far enough ahead you could get cinema tickets for a quid?? but then how can you book so far ahead for a film you dont know the release date for OR if they're getting it?
maybe they should do a funeral one if you pay for your funeral and grave plot now it'll only cost 20 quid as apposed to £3000 when it actually happens???

also wasnt "stelios" dropped by easyjet i remember something on watchdog ages ago and then him being in the newspaper

Wouldn't work for me. When I go to the cinema it tends to be a last minute thing and if the only way to get cheap tickets is to book a long time in advance then I can't see it. Have used EasyJet though... works very well.

I read somewhere that it would be "from as little as 20p". Mot sure how far in advance you have to book though. Sounds like a very cool idea, but again it probably wouldn't work for me.

I was wondering if the cinema/s itself/themselves would be all crappy and all, with the lower ticket prices?

I wouldn't say crappy, but probably "spartan" from what easyjet is like.

hmmmm! it sounds good in theory but the cynic in me assumes it'll never work heh...i dunno it can't be so simple and good as it sounds...
