Now I know this may seem like a silly query but does anyone here live on or near a sheep farm?

The reason I'm asking is that a friend of mine is looking for a source to buy fleece.
As part of her Community Arts Degree course she started making handmade felt, which she makes into art pieces and textiles.
She has a supplier where she can buy prepared wool, treated & combed, which she then makes into felt. But would really love to have some fleece/wool straight from the sheep, so to speak. To have in her gallery show, so people can see the raw material, as a way to understanding the process.

If you can help in anyway, even with suggestion for web sites or even if you know a city/urban farm, it would be great. And if you live in or around Chertsey you could always pop along to her show in May, for some nibbles & bubbly.
