I tried the postal ballot once. But it was too much effort to fill in the ballot paper once you got it. You needed to be witnessed by two people who knew you, at that point it was a case of 'sod this for a game of soilders' and gave up.


Oh and the point of Creme Eggs, yuk to the eggs and yuk to the ants.

Proxy votes are stupidly easy to set up - it doesn't even have to be anyone that knows you who is your proxy (I think I'm signed up to be teh proxy for two old ladies i've never met in my Ward) and if your local councilers really want your vote they'll sort out the postal vote for you too
