Try www.free-ringtones-free-logos.com if you want normal tones you can get them sent to you as a text if you text them (For your normal text rate) or if you want polyphonic ones you can download them via WAP. Pretty reliable but there is the odd once or twice it hasn't worked for me.

It's most likely the cheapest way to get them, there aren't many places now that do them for next to nothing.

ESIT - I got a couple of Linkin Park ones on there and they are pretty decent. Pulp Fiction rocks though!
