My Grandad died :(
Its official ladies and gents, my life cannot get any worse. He died last nite really suddenly, he'd been having breathing problems for a bit but they thought it was just a chest infection. My life really is crap. Bad things never just happen one at a time so you can deal with them and move on, they all have to happen at once. I never even got to say goodbye

I'm so sorry to hear that *hug* Please don't think that your life is crap though. Focus on the good things when times are bad... remember all the happy times you had with your Grandad, all the things that still make you smile. It gets easier. I still miss my Gran but it's not upsetting any more. She was lovely and I'm proud to have known such a wonderful person.

*LOTS OF HUGS TO EVE* I have an idea what it's like to lose a loved one, especially a Grandad, it's just bloody horrible (I lost both Grandads in my family, one last year ) and I know it seems like everything is just a complete bag of s*** at the moment, but believe me, it will get better, given *lots* of time and good friends to talk to (but hey, isn't that what we're here for?

I'm sorry about your loss. I lost someone too today. As of two o'clock this afternoon I have one less great-aunt. She was my fav great-aunt too, the *cool* one. Never married, never had any kids. #thumbs up sign# (See... back then some women were smart 
) Its pretty surreal. I'd love to hug whoever invented tissues.

Oh Big Hugs and thoughts to you hun, I'm so sorry to hear your sad news .
My nana went suddenly just over a year ago (like you things were really rough for me then, terrible M.E. and in hospital)and it was a real shock. I'm now able to cope with mothers day etc. by doing flowers for her grave so my grandad has it looking nice when he visits.
I hope things get better for you soon and you find a way of getting through this horrible time.

I can relate to this as when my grandied died (so many years ago now

I never even got to say goodbye
) it was really strange as he'd had heartattacks before but the final one caught him whilst he & Nan were on holiday. There was other stuff that upset me too at the time, but I really felt cheated in that he'd always lived only 2 streets away and thoughts went through my head about what I had and hadn't said to him leading up to that holiday.It will get better Eve *hugs* even though you may not think so at the moment. There will be friends and family going through the same thing even though you may not feel like sharing with them. Just remember all the good times, the wonderful memories - they are yours to treasure

Aww, that made me cry lol! Sorry to hear bout your great aunt hun tis very crappy Thanks for your support everyone, its greatly appreciated. I'm just having a bit of a bad time of it right now, trying to be strong for my mum and my nan, when I just want to curl up in a ball and hide away. Also trying to look after my cousin Matty (he's only 13 and it's hit him so hard it's untrue, he cant face the funeral but he asked if people would think he didnt love grandad if he didnt go and then broke his heart crying)
Ugh life!
