at the moment he gets family package sky which is £38 a month (alot for someone who just watches the same 5 channels all the time) and when + gets installed it goes up by 15 quid so i dont think i'm the best person to answer your question hey i dont get the chance to abuse the cash source that often

I'm on Sky and they aren't immune from raising the prices either.

I have the full monty and it now costs £38 per month.

I'm on NTL and the service has annoyed my mother so much that she has written a two page letter complaining about us not recieving the service we were promised when we went digital.

yeah but your mum rocks and she'll give them the hell they deserve ... can she write a letter on my dad's behalf?

Our NTL bill comes to about £55 per month for shedloads of telly channels, 600k broadband and my weekly chats to my mother on the phone. I think it's a bargain, personally, but I wish they hadn't changed their menu systems as I now have to scroll through all the premium channels we don't have.

We've just downgraded our SKY package.. we used to have the works for £38.00 per month, but now we've got the basic family package but with the Disney Channels added for the kids, so i think it's about £25.00 a month now, i'm not entirely sure. We downgraded so we could get Broadband installed.

I've got Sky Movies package.£33

basically everything except the 4 sky sports channels.

I love my Sky+ box its a lot easier. Im on the £38 channels package, to be honest there a lot of rubbish on Sky but I very rarely watch television on the 5 channels.

I've got Sky Digital and it's roughly £18 a month. Mianly use it for Sci-Fi, Sky One, E4, Sky One Mix and occasionally Hallmark and Paramount, with the occasional music channel thrown in.

Spike, I think you'll find that NTL are trying to squeeze people off the old analogue packages.

We have the NTL digital basic + 5 family package thingies which comes now at a price of {edit - even ours has gone up to £28.00 now!} - this gives us sky one, scifi, music channels, cartoon channels, discovery channels etc - plus most of the radio stations.

Unfortunately, NTL tends to be more expensive than Sky as I guess they have to rent some channels (and you probably pay for the lovely cables too)

Oddly we can't combine all our NTL bills - the tv comes separate to the broadband/phonecalls.

I'm with NTL for my Digital Telly and for the FULL package costs me £47.50 per month....

Add on top of that Broadband at £17.99 per month then my phone bill..... and well err actually its quite expensive

I'm with NTL for my TV, phone & net access.
I pay £28 a month for the TV & I get everything but films, speciality stuff & sport. I also get my phone with that too, so it's not a bad deal actually.

I pay another £10 a month to them for my dial-up access, which is a bloody good deal! I know, I've shopped around.

I've never had any problems with them, but I can't get broadband in my area until the end of the year, which really bugs me.
I can't go with anyone else either, because I've got an NTL phone line, so no go.
