my brother in law receieved a hand delievered letter today to our house (he lives elsewhere in temporary accomadation) which only tonight i sneaked a peek at (you'll see why in a bit) it states that if he doesnt pay minimum ASAP and the rest as soon as possible after that they will be coming to OUR house to take what we have to cover the money he owes but he doesnt even LIVE with us and not only will our address get black-listed coz of this debt my dad says the bailiffs have the right (?) to open the door with the help of the police and a locksmith while we're not even there if they think we're just not letting them in now we're going away and i REALLY dont like the idea of coming home and having everything gone in fact it makes me quite angry as he opened the letter right in front of me and didnt say anything. we've told him and my sister so many times to stop giving our address out as theirs and im really worried we're gonna come home to an empty house.

any ideas on if its actually possible for them to get a person in to open our door and take stuff while we're not here? any advise anyone wants to pass on my dad says he's gonna have a word with him tomorra but i know he'll "forget" as always and the man can shout me down to tears if he tried as i know what i think doesnt matter one iota and he thinks he knows everything which doesnt help in an arguement.
