Well, guess I'll start of this thread.
There were so many great eps in S2 but, time and again, I keep coming back to 'Passion'. If ever there was an ep that was beautiful, dramatic, touching, cinematic and, even, funny in places then this was it.
Angel's narrative throughout the ep abut Passion is excellent and the scene where Buffy takes the call from Giles about the death of Jenny has to be one of the most touching and traumatic of the series. The way in which Buffy slumps against the wall and Willow breaks down when the phone is passed to her is one that still gets to me to this day. And Alyson Hannigan is such an effective actress when it comes to gut-wrenching sobbing.
It was a close run thing with the whole 'Becoming' season finale but 'Passion' is still the ep I have watched the most.
