looking for a book....
As a teenager during the 80's I read a story about a girl whose parents run a guest house. She was mad on horses and on the 13th birthday she is given this 'gift' of riding a beautiful white horse (called messenger?)back in time to solve a mystery. Her name was Rose Briar and i think I had three books but i don't know if that was the complete series.
Anyway, i have not idea of the title of the books or the author. All my searches have proved fruitless. Does anyone remember reading these stories?
