Anyone have any clue?????
One for the Tecchies
Help needed guys please
We bought a new computer running on XP. Since we installed the printer that we had onto this it won't allow us to print multiple pages.
We can only print one page at a time
When in the relevant progammes it comes up with the option of how many copies etc and we put in the number we require but somehow its over-ridden and only prints one page
Can someone tell us whats happened please? Len is doing his nut

OK,
1. Try re-installing the printer drivers.
2. Make sure you have the lastest drivers.
What printer have you got?

It will do multiple copies of prints say in notepad but not on other programmes we use

This is a known problem and normally pretty easily solved:
Check the knowledge base of Lexmark for your printer and it can tell you how to enable multiple copies on your lexmark.
Lex mark Knowledge base
You will have to jump through a few hoops but it's certainly doable to enable multiple copy printing on the lexmark just requires advanced printing features to be enabled and your print processor is set to Lexmark Print Processor.
But just follow the link and it will tell you all the steps to take
