I know it's been untouched but I still wouldn't want to eat it. Most of the food can't be reheated so it would have to be eaten cold. When I worked at the hospital the staff canteen was really cheap. You could get a main meal for £1.50

on a slightly different note:
At the hospital where I work staff are not allowed to eat patients food leftovers...so untouched food gets thrown away...not given to the homeless or anything but thrown away.
As for the crouton thing that's just stupid!
