Nasty Deadjournal Comments
My friend is getting some pretty nasty comments on her online journal and she's getting a bit sick of them to be quite honest. I was wondering if their was any way to find out who's doing this? i know you can trace IP addresses, but thats all i know, never put it into practice myself. 
... i remember a post a while back about it maybe, think it was Teresa gettin a nasty comment on her journal?
well if anyone could help me (and my friend!) out, it'd be much appreciated

Don't think it was me getting comments 'cos I don't allow anonomous commenting on mine

Friends only is probably the way to go. Are they very anon/random comments your friend is getting, or do they seem to be personal attacks?

well she thinks she knows who's responsible, but would like to find out more! she found it amusing at first but now its jsut getting a bit ridiculous

At the bottom of when she makes posts there's a " screened comments" box, and there you can have the options as a default, unscreened, anonymous only, or non friends.
So hopefully she'll be able to adjust it to what she wants everytime she posts.
Are what they're commenting against the site rules? Because if it's very bad maybe you should report the user to the site...
