Yes. Had its moments. Nothing major. Good film.
Ring
I feel decidedly groggy this morning, the effect of a restless night.
The reason for this was my decision to watch 'Ring' before going to bed.
A low budget Japanese horror film, this movie managed to quite seriously creep me out.
Anyone else seen it?

Argh! Televisions and anything someone could climb out of (including toilets, baths, cupboards etc.) still freak me out!
I've still not seen this. I almost went to an advance screening of it at the Cornerhouse in Manchester ages ago, cos I read a review of it and it sounded cool. But I forgot. And even now, I haven't got round to watching it. I really want to though.
I didn't think this was creepy or scary in the slightest.
/me thinks maybe you should get some councilling if you were scared by Ring

Well, when before I saw it, my friends were telling me it was the scariest film ever. But then we were watching it and I didn't think it was scary at all. I enjoyed it, coz I love Japanese, it's such a beautiful language, but not scary in the least. Until the bit at the end. It's very rare for a film to scare me at the time (it's normally afterwards when I'm all alone and I think about it that I get scared), but I'm always freaked out by people climbing out of things to get me, so eep! Television is meant to be my friend!
Also had one of the girls I watched it with lose all faith in me when I thought she'd turned into a cat and someone trying to kill her and I just ran screaming. Really did. Never hang out with me if you think you're in mortal danger, I'm not gonna save you! As for the cat bit, what was that you were saying about therapy?
