South Park is toilet humour, Futurama is midly funny, The Simpsons is great but Family Guy blows them all out of the water.
I'd never really watched it until Bipolar made a group of us watch some at her house one weekend. Caught another couple at the weekend and couldn't stop laughing. Anything with a talking dog and a baby who sounds like an English laird gets my vote.

Family Guy, its pure class, the simpsons is getting old, family guy is(was and hopefully will be again soon) far more inventive.

Family Guy, easily. Especially as The Simpsons has completely lost it in the last 5-6 years (the 'new' episodes that Channel 4 are showing on Friday nights are awful).

I love 'em all (with the exception of King of the Hill), but South Park is the one that makes me laugh the most. Often copied but never bettered (or even equalled). And it's far more than just toilet humour.

last years South Park (s8 methinks) was the funniest by far with the lets see how far we can take this before we get sacked technique lol 
but Family Guy (imho of course) is getting grosser and grosser and i would've laughed the house down at the first two episodes of season 4 if it hadnt been 4 in the morning.
Newest season of Simpsons has been good for a few giggles so far.
In other cartoons though American Dad is pretty funny for what it's worth, SO many people have slated it saying it's utter crap but i think that may possibly be because they cant get past the Family Guy connection (same writers creators similar family set-up, cept no talking dog or english sounding baby, instead they have a german gold medal ski-er's mind in a goldfish's body -for a pet- and an alien liberated from the CSI -by the dad whose an agent- and expells icky goo every 7 hours), it's humour is just as sick and the show is good in it's own rights i reckon.
