We gotta let someone else win for a change or football will just get boring. I'm pleased it was Chelsea not the thugs Man U. Anyways we'll have a better season next year, with less injury's I hope.

Some people are on the pitch .......
they think it's all over. It is now !!!!
Yesterday the Mighty Chelsea managed to do what they havn't done since 1955 and win the League Championship !!
Jose Mourinho said we'd have the title wrapped up by MArch and we have ! Now to beat Liverpool and do the treble !!

Posted: 18:32 May 01 2005 They could never play before until new players were bought cos of Roman coming in, and to me that's just not football. You develop players, you don't flaunt money...Don't like Chelsea but I would much prefer them to win than scummy Man U.

I don't seem them for being a good team, a good team wins the league often, not every 50 years!

Oh, the problems of splashing out loads of dosh just so three or four teams can shuffle round the top four spots every year. It must be so tough at the top.
Still, at least Daryl *lives* in London. It's novel to have a fan of a championship team living in the same city...

Oh, the problems of splashing out loads of dosh just so three or four teams can shuffle round the top four spots every year. It must be so tough at the top.
My team has one game left to try and avoid relegation into league one - and we have to play against the team 3rd in the league at a temporary stadium bacause Prescott still hasn't got his finger out and given us permission for a ground after 3 bloody years.
It makes me laugh when the press call Manchester Utd or Arsenal clubs in crises just because they haven't won the league!

I dunno if that comment was aimed at me, but anyways incase anyone was wondering, all my fam are from Highbury, it's family tradition to be a Gunner and I love my boys to bits.

No, the comment wasn't aimed at you. I was thinking more of Man United fans.
Most teams have the passion and will to do well. The money to buy players is something else.

Posted: 20:13 May 02 2005 I think next season will be interesting. If Arsenal can stay injury free and Moan Utd make sure their players actually turn up to drugs tests I think things will be a lot closer.

I remember when we were relegated and were in so much debt we nearly lost Stamford Bridge and would have to share with Fulham *shudder!*, unlike some people that change teams every season 'cos they're fashionable !
