Don't you think its odd? Jessica Fletcher goes to stay with a friend or goes on vacation somewhere, and then someone is murdered. This constantly happens when she is around and she then writes about it in her books. It has therefore occured to me that Jessica Fletcher is most likely a serial killer and pretends to try and solve the murder and then frames someone else for it.
Hey, if she ever goes on trial for her crimes, they can do an episode of old footage, a la 'Star Trek', 'Stargate-SG1'...
